CAD:

Kline Precision Machining utilizes the Esprit 2009 CAD system which operates with current software.

 

Wire EDM: 

Kline Precision Machining wire EDMs pieces 10” x 12” on our Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines.

Wire EDM 
We believe these machines are absolutely precise and prove to be durable and adequate for the range of materials we use daily. Our machines are fastidiously maintained to facilitate all operations necessary to provide superior machining services for our customers. 

 

Sinker EDM:

The Sinker EDM machine at Kline Precision Machining performs extraordinarily well when making EDM configurations.

 

Jig Grinding:  

Kline Precision Machining operates one of the very few Jig Grinders in the area. Our projects require this procedure frequently and the Jig Grinder is seldom idle.

 

CNC Milling:

Milling Machine 

CNC Milling capability at Kline Precision Machining is 18” x 30” x 22”. Our staff is highly skilled and our CNC milling machines are always in top-notch condition. Over the years, Kline Precision Machining has established and upheld a reputation for tight tolerance work. You can trust us to produce those very complex parts and components, with superior quality and the finish necessary to meet your critical needs.  If those are your requirements, we will meet or exceed your expectations with personal care and attention.



CNC Turning to 17" Diameter:

CNC Lathe 
CNC lathes at Kline Precision Machining provide 17” swing X 45” long turning option.  Kline’s conventional lathe used for larger pieces expands turning ability to 18” x 72”.

 

 

 

   


Grinding:   

CNC Grinding 
Kline Precision Machining offers CNC surface grinding up to 12” X 28” in length. Manual surface grinders are utilized when working parts up to 12” X 18”. 

 

 

 

 

 

Materials:
